14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a paid subscription, email support@rankjot.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

Cancellations & renewals

• You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in your dashboard.
• When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; it is not renewed after that.
• Beyond the 14-day window, payments for the current period are generally non-refundable, and we don't pro-rate partial periods, except where required by law.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within a few business days.
